We're not a 'full-service' agency and specialise in what we do best. That said, we will communicate with any third party such as the people managing your ads, external marketing agencies or your in-house team members to make sure you have everything you need.
We know how important it is to cut to the chase. Each project is unique and there are considerations such as our backlog and availability but this typically comes down to your schedule. We'll have an extensive discovery meeting to understand how the project works logistically for you and a 'standard' video project tends to be complete within a couple of weeks on average.
It's important to us to get things right from the start. That's why we take so much care with each project. When it comes to revisions we use an online platform to preview edits where you can make notes or annotate so we can move through these effectively. How many revisions exactly? As many as needed.
