CiBO+

Lincat approached us about a new product they were launching to market and, although they have an in-house marketing team, they needed a professional and high quality video to launch the new product at an upcoming trade exhibition. It was important that we build up anticipation for the product and give it a luxury and innovative feel. The CiBO+ brings a number of benefits that other products in the market don't meet, so we had the advantage of working with those USPs to form the basis of the video.

In this stage, we:

  • Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their goals, preferences, and target audience.
  • Research the industry, market trends, and competitors to gain valuable insights.
  • Develop a comprehensive video concept, including the storyline, script, visual elements, and overall creative direction.
  • Create a detailed production plan, outlining the timeline, budget, resources, and logistics required for the video shoot.

By using reference videos and extensive moodboarding and storyboarding, we had created a visual concept that really hit the mark for the team. Now it was time to deliver.

Video Production

Professional Video Filming and Production

We booked out a professional studio with blackroom and greenscreen functionality to capture a range of visuals for the initial video then other marketing materials to follow. On the day we worked with the marketing team to capture the specific shots we had outlined in our storyboard to make sure we were hitting each crucial USP.

In this stage, we:

  • Set up the filming location, ensuring optimal lighting, sound, and aesthetics.
  • Employ state-of-the-art equipment and technology to capture stunning visuals and crisp audio.
  • Capture multiple shots and angles to provide variety and enhance the visual storytelling.

Thanks to the Lincat logistics team we were in and out of the studio with the 4 commercial catering units being shot and ready to stitch together in the edit.

Video Post-production

Creative Video Editing and Post-production

Once the filming is complete, we enter the post-production stage, where we bring all the elements together to craft a polished and visually captivating video. This stage involves video editing, adding special effects, enhancing the audio, and incorporating graphics or animations as needed.

In this stage, we:

  • Carefully review and select the best footage captured during filming.
  • Edit the video, ensuring smooth transitions, proper pacing, and visual continuity.
  • Enhance the video with color correction, visual effects, and motion graphics to create a visually stunning result.
  • Incorporate appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceover to enhance the overall impact of the video.

We worked closely with Lincat to ensure that the final video aligns with their vision and objectives. We strive for perfection, paying attention to every detail to create a captivating video that effectively communicates the intended message.

Video Delivery

Video Finalization and Delivery

The final stage of the video production process involves the finalisation and delivery of the completed video. This stage focuses on quality control, client feedback, and ensuring that the video is ready for distribution across various platforms.

In this stage, we:

  • Review the final video to ensure it meets the client's expectations and adheres to our high standards of quality.
  • Incorporate any necessary revisions or changes based on client feedback.
  • Optimise the video for different platforms, formats, and resolutions to maximise its reach and impact.
  • Deliver the final video to the client in the desired format, whether it's for web, broadcast, or other specific requirements.

In the end the video was used to launch the product at the exhibition at Excel, London and performed really well. The video was also then used to promote the launch across social media to drum up sales and later expand the product range into the US.
